Before we understand the history, we have to understand that how was the ancient history, we are studying this ancient history today it is not possible to get an accurate idea of how it was in ancient times, but on the basis of some facts, we can find out our ancient history.
We study history mainly in 3 parts, the first part is called prehistory and the second part is called proto history.The story is called the third part History. We must understand that there is no evidence or any record of prehistory. We only guess as to the age of passable age.
In protohistory we have some return records but we are not able to read those records even though we have returns we don’t understand it like indus valley civilisation
In history we grow those things which have a written proof and we study history only on the basis of those evidence.
Medieval chronology (1206 to 1707)
In medieval history, we study about the Delhi Sultanate and the Mughal Empire, the meaning of saying Delhi Sultanate is that we study the time when Delhi was ruled by the Sultanate. Lodi is from the dynasty while the meaning of saying Mughal Empire is Babur Humayun Akbar Jahangir Shahjahan Aurangzeb and some regional kingdoms of South India such as Bahmani kingdom and Vijayanagara.
